Garage door won't close

Steps

1. Look at the two sensors near the floor: both indicator lights should be steady.
2. Wipe the lenses and clear anything in the beam path.
3. Loosen a sensor bracket slightly and nudge it until the lights hold steady, then retighten.
4. Check the track for a dent or an object under the door.
5. Test the auto-reverse by placing a 2x4 flat under the door.
